First off, congratulations on your upgrade!

In order to make sure that you don't by accident create a duplicate account, the best way to update your membership within the Clubhouse platform is to go to your profile and select "Edit profile"

Here you will see an "Upgrade Membership" option which will prompt this modal. From here, you simply have to connect your wallet where you hold the NFT.

From here you should have successfully upgraded your membership!
