I do not see a reward I earned

If you think you have earned a reward, but do not see it in your transactions, refer to the steps below.

First, check to see how you are currently able to earn rewards here.

If you believe you have earned a reward but it has not appeared in your account, try the steps below to resolve your issue:

  1. Double-check your rewards to make sure it hasn't been credited. Some rewards can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

    1. To access your rewards center, visit your profile. You will see your entire reward point transaction history there.

  2. Check that you followed all the proper steps to earn the reward. Some rewards require specific actions or completing a particular task.

  3. Verify that the product you purchased has rewards attached to it. Some products may not be eligible for rewards.

  4. If you made the purchase on the weekend or a holiday, rewards can take up to 48-72 hours to process.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you are still missing your reward, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
