I haven't received my Proshop order

While rare, not receiving your Proshop order can be frustrating. This article helps you troubleshoot when an order doesn't arrive.

If you haven't received an order you placed, there are a few things you can quickly check:

  • Check the expected delivery date for your order by visiting the tracking link in your confirmation email. If the expected delivery date has not yet passed, your order may still be on its way.

    • In order to check your order status follow the steps in this article.

  • Some items in our pro shop need some extra time to be embroidered and fulfilled, with this some products could take 4-6 weeks to ship. Be sure to read the product description to see if your item falls under this category.

  • If the expected delivery date has passed, check your email for any tracking or shipping information that may have delayed your order.

  • If you did NOT receive a confirmation email or tracking number, please make sure your purchase was successfully completed or check your bank statement.
