I haven't received my Magic Link confirmation email while signing up

If you're in the process of signing up and haven't received your Magic Link email, follow the steps below.

Updated over a week ago

If you have arrived at the sign-up process and have entered your email, you are required to confirm your email through Magic Link. This email allows you to access the rest of the sign-up flow once confirmed.

If you have not received it:

  1. Make sure you have entered your email correctly

  2. Checked your spam folder or junk folder

  3. If you have Gmail, be sure to check your "promotions" folder

  4. Allow a minute or two for the email to hit your inbox
