Try these steps first before contacting support:
Double-check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure you are eligible to use it.
For example on some codes, Clubhouse will limit each member to claim 3 total codes by default. If you need an additional code, you’ll be able to request more by contacting the support team.
When entering the code, make sure you are entering the code correctly. Sometimes we see members include extra spaces or make a small typo so be sure to use the "copy" function on the benefit, then paste on the partner's site.
Try restarting your current browser window, or changing to a different browser (i.e chrome to safari)
At Links Golf Club, we have three separate tiers of membership. Each membership tier has access to different types of discounts. Make sure your membership type is eligible for the selected discount code you are trying to redeem.
Sometimes the time to use the code has passed, so make sure to check the expiration date of the discount code to make sure it is still valid.
