Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom-right-hand corner of this page.

Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have read our return and exchange policy and fall under the qualifications.

  2. Contact our customer service team in the intercom chat below and provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

  4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
